Industry Operations Investigator ( IOI ) redacted conducted a Southwest Border Disposition Emphasis Recall inspection at Action Pawnshop, LLC d.b.a. Action Pawn #21 on January 11th and 12th 2016. There was no advance notification provided. The following individuals were interviewed during the inspection: Manager, Auditor and , District Manager. redacted Store Manager redacted The inspection concluded on January 12, 2016, and one violation was cited. , Assistant A warning letter with no recall inspection is being recommended. The FLS database needs to be updated to reflect the correct name of Action Pawnshop, LLC. The Texas Secretary of State and LLC paperwork reflects Action Pawnshop, LLC and not Action Pawnshop LLC Series 21. IOI redacted asked Mr. [redacted ] about “Series 21" and he advised it was internal tracking phase for tax purposes. Mr. stated each Federal firearms License obtained had Action Pawnshop, LLC followed by “Series" followed by a number to indicate the store number. IOI advised Mr. redacted that the assumed name of Action Pawn #21 reflects and identifies each location and the Federal Firearms License shoula retied the correct name listed on the LLC paperwork filed with the Texas Secretary of State. The FLS database should also be updated to reflect correct business phone number of 210-654-9871 and fax number of 210-654-9892. Also redacted email address is redacted@actionpawn.com.
