Conduct firearms importer Disposition Emphasis inspection. Perform a complete inventory of all guns and request the Forms 6 & 6a from the Imports Branch in advance of the inspection.
Recommendation: Violations WL ONLY and No Recall Inspection . Alternate Recomendation of a WL instead of WC is justified based on the fact that this was the first compliance inspection for AD&R, LLC. In addition, the transfers were made to redacted Managing Member. In addition, these redacted firearm transfers to a nonlicensee are the only ones made since issuance of the license. There have only been redacted firearm transfers redacted FFL redacted nonlicensee) in total since AD&R obtained FFL. An NCIC query on Mr. Ronald Cates disclosed no proh biting information.
