Industry Operations Investigator ( IOI ) redacted conducted a Southwest Border Disposition Emphasis inspection at the premises of Alamo Tactical, LLC. The inspection began on August 31,2015 and concluded on October 1,2015. Due to the large amount of ATF Forms 4773 being reviewed for the inspection period. IOI redacted assisted on September 1, 2015 and IOI redacted assisted on September 3, 2015 with reviewing the ATF Forms 4473 . IOI redacted returned to the premises on September 10, 2015 and September 21,2015 to verify firearms found or ATF Forms 4473 located. Mr. Frederick Hausheer, Member/Owner, and redacted Store Manager were interviewed during the inspection. The inspection concluded on October 1, 2015, and five violations were cited at the conclusion of the inspection. A warning letter is being recommended.
