On November 23,2015, A/S redacted concurred with the recommendation of a Warning Letter ( WL ) and No Recall The licensee was cited for seven total violations including three that were repeat in nature. Six of the seven violation involved redacted ATF Forms 4473 out of 772 reviewed. Violation #7 was the only violation that merits the administrative action of a WL due to the licensee's failure to complete redacted M/S form. The licensee was very receptive to the education provided by Investigators redacted and redacted and this recommendation does not minimize the violations that were cited. Future compliance with the GCA is anticipated.
