A total of 2 violations were cited during the inspection and both warranted Administrative Actions as outlined below: 1. 27 CFR 478.124(a)-Licensee failed to execute redacted ATF Forms 4473 . Both of these transactions involved the transfer redacted. Investigator redacted conducted background checks on the individuals receiving firearms on behalf of redacted and no prohibiting information was discovered. 2. 27 CFR 478.126a-Licensee failed to complete & submit redacted ATF Form 3310.4 ( Multiple Sale form) involving redacted handguns. According to ATF O 5370.1 B, Violation #1 warrants a Warning Conference and Violation #2 warrants a Warning Letter. The licensee is a low volume dealer who operates the business on a part time basis. This FFL was originally issued in March of 2009 and 1 previous compliance inspection was conducted resulting in no violations. The licensee was thoroughly educated on regulatory requirements including record keeping & transactions involving redacted. Based on the considerations noted above, Investigator redacted alternatively recommends the issuance of a Warning Letter with no recall inspection . Concur with recommendation of a WL Only and no Recall . Previous investigation disclosed no violations, and the current investigation disclosed only two violations, with minimum instances. Corrections have been made.
