The current inspection warrants a Violations, Warning Conference Warning Letter and Recall based upon inspection history and a repeat violation. The repeat violation for the Acquisition and Disposition Record was the type of firearm being recorded incorrectly. Due to the overall decrease in the number of violations cited and the immediate correction of Acquisition and Disposition errors, IOI redacted alternately recommends Violations, Warning Letter Only and Recall Inspection.
