I concur with the findings and recommendation of this investigation. This is this FFLs first compliance investigation this FFL has had no theft/losses or traces. Dur to the number of violations related to the A&D Record this would have been a Warning Conf however IOI redacted has submitted an Alt Recommendation, which I concur with.
All of the violations cited were due to a misunderstanding of federal firearms law and regulations on behalf of this licensee. This was his first inspection and the IOI believes that the licensee now undertands what he is required to do and that future compliance is expected.
