An unannounced DE compliance inspection was conducted on 12/13/2016. One violation of the GCA was identified. The violation warrants a Warning Conference, Warning Letter and Recall Inspectin per the AA Policy. An alternate recommendation is tendered due to the fact that the licensee has operated for 30 years without a compliance inspection, has no trace history and no other violations were identified during the inspection. The licensee stated that he was not aware that transferring receivers to an out-of-state resident in an over-the-counter transaction was prohibited and will immediately cease the activity. Recommend Warning Letter and No Recall Inspection.
Inspection on 12/13/16 disclosed one violation. The violation could warrant a Warning Conference due to the sale of two AR-type receivers to residents of Missouri.
