A full field compliance inspection was conducted on January 18-19, 2017, by IO Investigator redacted at the license premise of BDH Peoria Pawn LLC; d/b/a Pawn King. Auditor redacted, Training Manager redacted, and Store Manager redacted were interviewed during the course of the inspection. The inspection covered the period of January 1, 2016, through January 18, 2017. Five violations were disclosed as a result of the inspection. A Warning Letter and Recall Inspection are recommended.
