On December 22,2015, Investigator redacted initiated a DE Firearms Compliance Inspection regarding the above named licensee. Inspection period covered was December 22, 2014 thru December 22, 2015. Interviewed during the course of the Inspection was Jeri Ruthledge, RP , as identified by her redacted Driver's License #redacted. Advance notice was not given to this licensee. The on-site inspection was completed on December 22, 2015. A report of violations was issued for redacted instances of 27 CFR 478.126a. Since this was the licensee’s first inspection and no other discrepancies were uncovered for the inventory or the ATF Forms 4473 on file, I recommend only a Warning Letter be issued
I concur with the alternate recommendation of warning letter in lieu of warning conference. This was the first inspection conducted on Bean Armory, Inc. The licensee was cited one violation of 27 CFR 478 126a for failing to submit redacted multiple sales forms.
