Jeffrey Lee Dixon, Manager, was on vacation and due to return on November 14, 2016. Adam Joseph Cotton, Assistant Manager, was interviewed in connection with the inspection. The inspection review period covered November 8, 2015 thru November 7, 2016. No advance notification was provided. FFL was cited for one violation. Recommendation:
Concur with IOI redacted recommendation to issue a Warning Letter (no Recall Inspection ) to the licensee as a result of the failure to report redacted multiple handgun sales. No changes were needed to the FFL 's information in the FFLC licensing database. PII updated with inspection results. No further field action required. Warning Letter sent to FFL via Certified Mail - Returned Receipt on 11/18/2016.
