CONDUCT FIREARMS DISPOSITION EMPHASIS INSPECTION FOR THIS TYPE 07 LICENSEE. REFER TO IO MANUAL, CHAPTER C, AND THE ANNUAL CLEVELAND GROUP III DOMAIN ASSESSMENT. THIS INSPECTION MUST BE COMPLETED DURING FY16 AS REQUIRED BY THE DOMAIN ASSESSMENT.
Licensee had redacted untimely firearm acquisitions. Licensee did not dispose of any firearms during the inspection. Licensee completed redacted Form 4473s for the purchases and did not realize the acquisitions needed to be entered into the A&D book. The licensee made immediate corrections and entered the firearms into the book. Recommendation is being made for a warning letter in lieu of a warning conference since this is the licensee's first violation under 478.123(a).
On February 1,2016, A/S redacted reviewed this assignment and concurred with the alternate recommendation of a Warning Letter ( WL ) and No Recall in lieu of a Warning Conference ( WC ). On this date, a Pll with relevant information was submitted to DIO LeDoux for further review and recommendation.
