An alternate recomendation for a Warning letter with recall inspection is recommended.
An alternate recommendation for a Warning letter with recall inspection is recommended Viols WL ONLY and No Recall Inspection
The DIO concurs with the alternate recommendation of Warning Letter and No Recall Inspection in Lieu of a Warning Conference for the following reasons: The reason the violations warrant a warning conference is because this licensee is a low volume dealer with an elevated error rate and he had one missing firearm. In addition, the lOI believes that this licensee understands how to correct the cited violations and that he will ensure future compliance.

If an inspection uncovers regulatory violations, the licensee receives a report outlining these violations. This section lists the violations found in the inspection, as well as a general description of each offense.
