This Federal Firearms License ( FFL ) compliance inspection for Jeffrey D. Burke d/b/a McGalliard Guns & More (McGalliard Guns) was completed by Industry Operations Investigator ( IOI ) redacted in accordance with the provisions of the Industry Operations Manual (IOM) and special instructions. The inspection was supported by IOIs redacted. The inspection was initiated through a Joint Support Operation Center (JSOC) referral made to the ATF Indianapolis III Criminal Enforcement Group indicating the licensee had redacted firearms missing from inventory and not reported to ATF. An unannounced on-site firearms compliance inspection began on 02/22/2016. The inspection covered a 12-month inspection period, starting 02/22/2015 through 02/21/2016. Mr. Jeff Bruke/ RP , and Mr. Michael Wilson -Store Manager, was present and interviewed during the course of the inspection. All field work was completed and a closing conference was held on 03/10/2016 which included a Federal Firearms Regulation Review and the issuance of a Report of Violations ( ROV ). An Acknowledgement of Federal Firearms Regulations and the ROV was signed by Mr. Jeff Burke and Mr. Michael Wilson on 03/10/2016. The amount of violations as a result of this inspection (7 violations) is significant and included: 27 CFR 478.125(e); 27 CFR 478.21a.; 27 CFR 478.124(c)(1); 27 CFR 478.124(c)(3)(i); 27 CFR 478.124(c)(3)(iv); 27 CFR 478.124(c)(5); 27 CFR 478.99(c). *One violation - 27 CFR 478.99(c) redacted instances, rises to the level of a Warning Letter.

Burke d/b/a McGalliard Guns & More (McGalliard Guns) Investigator redacted This inspection was initiated through a Joint Support Operation Center (JSOC) referral made to the ATF Indianapolis III Criminal Enforcement Group indicating the licensee had redacted firearms missing from inventory and not reported to ATF. An unannounced compliance inspection began on 02/22/2016 and concluded on 3/10/2016. This is the licensee's first compliance inspection. The licensee was cited for seven (7) violations: 27 CFR 478.125(e); 27 CFR 478.21a.; 27 CFR 478.124(c)(1); 27 CFR 478.124(c)(3)(i); 27 CFR 478.124(c)(3)(iv); 27 CFR 478.124(c)(5); 27 CFR 478.99(c). One (1) violation, 27 CFR 478.99(c), rises to the level of a Warning Letter.
On May 31,2016 a warning letter was sent via return receipt requested certifed mail. On June 2, 2016 the warning letter was delivered. Recommend Recall inspection .
