A full compliance inspection was conducted in accordance with ATF H 5030.2c and the 2017 Domain Assessment. The inspection was conducted by redacted on February 9, 2017 at the licensee business premises. Mr. Wright, Vice President, was interviewed an provided assistance with the inspection. The inspection covered February 7, 2017 - April 4, 2017. The current inspection disclosed five violations of the Gun Control Act . A Report of Violations was issued on April 4, 2017. IOI redacted recommends warning letter only and recall inspection .
