Viols WL ONLY and NO Recall Inspection Based on the number of violations, the significance of the violations, the compliance history, and the time elapsed since the previous administrative action ; IO Investigators are recommending an alternate recommendation of VIOLS WL ONLY AND NO RECALL INSPECTION. Administrative Action Chart: redacted instance of transferring a firearm to a person who, although not actually prohibited at the time of transfer, appeared to be prohibited in violation of 27 CFR 478.99(c) and redacted irreconcilable dispositions in violation of 27 CFR 478.125(e) rises to the level of “Warning Letter” on the Administrative Action Chart. Failure to timely and/or correctly record the required acquisition entries for redacted percent or more of the licensee’s total acquisitions, with a minimum redacted instances, during the inspection period rises to the level of “Warning Conference". REPEAT VIOLATIONS CITED ON JUNE 29, 2004 involving 27 CFR 125(e) and 27 CFR 478.99(c) that has previously been the subject of a warning conference, and current inspection warrants a warning letter for repeated similar violation(s) rises to the level of “Warning Conference”.

Failure to timely and/or correctly record the required acquisition entries redacted percent or more of the licensee's total acquisitions, with a minimum redacted instances, during the inspection period rises to the level of “Warning Conference". REPEAT VIOLATIONS CITED ON JUNE 29, 2004 involving 27 CFR 125(e) and 27 CFR 478.99(c) that has previously been the subject of a warning conference, and current inspection warrants a warning letter for repeated similar violation(s) rises to the level of “Warning Conference". I have reviewed and discussed the compliance inspecton and recommendation with the IOI . I concur with the recommendation of the IOI for Violations, Warning Letter Only and No Recall Inpection of the licensee.
DIO concurs with recommendation of a warning letter and no recall inspection . This recommendation is based on the fact that two violations warrant an administrative action involving a warning letter for 27 CFR 478.99(c)(9) and 27 CFR 478.125(e). The violation of 27 CFR 478.125(e) also warrants a warning conference for failure to timely and/or correctly record the required acquisition entries redacted ercent or more of the licensee's total acquisitions, with a minimum redacted instances, during the inspection period. A recommendation of a warning letter is decided for this investigation.
