A/S has reviewed the inspection report and concurs with the lOI's recommendation of Revocation/Denial of Renewal Application. The recommendation is warranted due to the licensee's refusal to allow ATF entry to the licensed business premises for the purpose of conducting a compliance inspection, in violation of 27 CFR 478.23. In addition, when considering the licensee's documented, confrontational behavior during a previous compliance inspection in 2011, as well as, his statements/actions during the most recent inspection, returning to the premises poses significant safety concerns and therefore, not recommended. FFLC should note, the license will expire on July 1, 2016. However, as a result of the aforementioned inspection results and rommendation, it is further recommended this license not be renewed.
