Violations; Warning Letter; No Recall Violations one through three are repeat violations for Form 4473 ; however, the number instances have decreased. The licensee did not have inventory violations like previous inspection. Violation four is redacted unreported multiple sale involving redacted firearms. Licensee recently started selling firearms and was unaware of the additional reporting requirement. Once this was brought to the attention of the store manager he immediately located the form on ATF’s website, completed and submitted it to ATF and Columbus Police Department as required. Licensee has previously been the subject of a warning conference and current violation warrants a warning letter. Based on licensee's improvement (decreased number of instances) and willingness to comply an alternate recommendation of violations and warning letter with no recall be approved.
