Due to Owner Jeremy Chenoweth's unavailability, Employee redacted was interviewed throughout. The inspection covered the period of January 1,2013 through January 4, 2016. No advance notice was provided. Three violations were disclosed as a result of the inspection. A Warning Letter and No Recall Inspection are recommended.
