I concur with IOl redacted recommendation of Warning Letter based on the volume of inventory and sales of firearms Violations were less than .03 percent of the total inventory and .01 percent of the forms reviewed. Based on the volume of inventory and the three separate computerize programs that the license was using which were not compatible with each other, the IOI had to consolidate the A&D records to account for all inventory manually. This resulted in excessive hours to the assignment The IOI has worked with the licensee to get their A&D systems updated to prevent future issues.
