Onsite start date: August 22, 2016 Onsite end date: August 25, 2016 Violations, Warning Letter Only and No Recall Inspection . • The licensee meets the requirement for a WL because he failed to file multiple sales reports when legally required on fewer than redacted instances. Investigator redacted thinks this should be reduced to ROV Only and No Recall due to this being the licensee’s first inspection and having a very low percentage of errors. Criminal history checks for the responsible person yielded no prohibiting hits. N-FORCE queries of the LLC and responsible person yielded no active cases.
