Of the 5 violations cited during this inspection, the following 2 violations warrant Administrative Action according to ATF O 5370.1 B: #3. 27 CFR 478.124(c)(3)(i)- Licensee failed to verify and/or record the transferee's Identification Documents on redacted ATF Form 4473 . #5. Licensee failed to complete and submit redacted Report of Multiple Sale (ATF Form 3310.4) involving the transfer of redacted handguns. These are both repeat violations that were cited during the 2008 inspection which resulted in a Warning Conference. Based on the licensee’s inspection history, ATF O 5370.1 B calls for another Warning Conference. Investigator the issuance of a Warning Letter only with no recall inspection based on the following considerations redacted alternatively recommends -It has been over 5 years since the previous Warning Conference -Since the previous Warning Conference, the licensee has had 2 subsequent recall inspections which resulted in a total of 2 violations cited; one of which was a repeat. Both of these subsequent violations occurred in only redacted instance. -The violations warranting administrative action during this inspection each occurred in only redacted instance.
