(Exp 07/01/2016) Conduct full firearms mandatory FMI compliance inspection in accordance with applicable provisions of ATF H 5030.2C and the 2015 Domain Assessment. This compliance inspection will be conducted concurrently with the Recall inspection for the Type 08 for this licensee. A recall inspection was scheduled for this licensee, however it has been significantly delayed at the request of CE while waiting for the U.S Attorney to act on criminal charges. The recall concerns will be resolved during the compliance inspections.
The current inspection on Cole Distributing's Type 07 FFL # 4-61-02904 (Ul #775045-2016-0188-BIB) warranted a recommendation of Warning Letter due to the percentage of acquisition and disposition errors in the A & D record, however due to the violations disclosed during the Compliance Inspection on Cole Distributing's Type 08 FFL #4-61-01433 (Ul # 775045-2016-0161-BIB) which resulted in a recommendation of revocation, IOI redacted recommends revocation of Cole Distributing’s Type 07 FFL # 4-61-02904 as well. Both licenses have the same responsible persons . No referrals were submitted.
The Inspection of this FFL would typically result in the recommendation of ROV and WL for one violation of 27 CFR 478.123 redactednstances of errors in the manufacturer's A&D records. However, violations cited during the concurrent inspection of Cole Distributing’s Type 08-Importer's FFL resulted in the recommendation of Revocation.
