The licensee was cited for the following: failure to prevent the transfer of a firearm to a buyer, who although not proh bited, appeared prohibited at the time of transfer -redacted instances - Warning Letter at Sec. 6.c.(4); failure to conduct a NICS check due to the acceptance of a non-qualifying state permit (MO) for the transfer of long gun - Warning Letter at Sec. 6.c.(9); and failure to prevent the transfer of long-guns to a California resident in redacted instances - Sec. 6.c.(10). The licensee previously received a Warning Letters in 2008 and 2011, but not for these specific violations. No recall is recommend. The licensee was receptive to the corrective actions and will be inspected as part of a 5-year cycle based on A&D volume.
