CONDUCT A SOUTHWEST BORDER FIREARMS DISPOSITION EMPHASIS INSPECTION. ENSURE THE LICENSEE MEETS LOCAL ZONING AND ATF REGULATIONS.
Recommend that the last name of the responsible person be changed to “Ramirez” and the title be changed to “president”
On October 27, 2015 IOI redacted conducted a southwest border compliance inspection. The FFL was cited for redacted instances of failure to accurately record the acquisition and disposition of firearms. redacted instances of failure to accurately record the acquisition is 10.6% and the failure to properly record the disposition of firearms in redacted instances is 9.4% of his business activity. The inspection history reveals a compliance inspection in 2009 where no violations and no further action was recommended. I am recommending an alternative recommendation from the lead IOI. I recommend Violations, a Warning Letter Only and Recall Inspection considering the circumstances of this particular case as an alternate recommendation of Violations, a Warning Conference, Warning Letter, and Recall.
DIO Murphy concurs with the alternate recommendation of a W/L & Recall instead of a W/C & Recall. Please proceed.
