Violations cited, Warning Letter only and Recall Inspection Based on the inspection findings and current ATF Federal Firearms Administrative Action Policy and Procedures Order (ATF O 5370.1 B), the results meet the threshold and warrant a Warning Conference due to the Federal firearms licensee failing to fi redacted ATF F 3310.4 Report of Multiple Sale of Pistol or Revolvers forms and the licensee failing to timely and/or correctly recording the required disposition entries in redacted) instances. However, since this is the licensee’s first compliance inspection, IOI redacted has observed that willfulness is not a factor. IOI redacted is confident the violations have been corrected and mitigated. lOI redacted is recommending an alternate recommendation of warning Letter and Recall Inspection. This inspection is the result of a compliance inspection, which was conducted on May 19, 2000. The May 2000 inspection was conducted on the previous entity and previous Federal firearms license, 6-04-34852. Neither of the current RPs were RPs on the previous license. Based on the inspection findings and current ATF Administrative Action Policy, the results meet the threshold and warrant a Warning Conference due to the Federal firearms licensee failing to file redacted ATF F 3310.4 Report of Multiple Sate of Pistol or Revolvers forms and the licensee failing to timely and/or correctly record the required disposition entries in redacted instances. There were approximately 1,017 dispositions during the review period redacted were found to have disposition errors, all but three were reconciled, resulting in a theft/loss report for three firearms. The alternate recommendation is based on this truly being the licensee’s first compliance inspection, IOI redacted as observed that willfulness is not a factor. IOI redacted is confident the violations have been corrected and mitigated. IOI redacted is recommending an alternate recommendation of Warning Letter and Recall Inspection. This inspection, although a recall inspection is the result of a compliance inspection, which was conducted on May 19, 2000.
