On January 19, 2016, lnvestigator redacted initiated a firearms compliance investigation at Dave’s Gunsmithing Services, which is situated at the above referenced location. As a result of this inspection redacted violation was cited, which is noted below: CFR 478.126a Failure to timely submit a Report of Multiple Sale or Other Disposition of Pistols and Revolvers form (ATF F 3310.4) for the multiple sale of handguns in redacted instance, which involved redacted revolvers.
WL , ROV and no recall : A compliance inspection was initiated by IOl redacted on 1/19/2016, and completed on 1/19/2016 in Silas, AL. The inspection disclosed 1 violation: 27 CFR 478.126a - redacted instance involving redacted handguns. No missing forms or firearms were disclosed. No referrals were created. A ROV was issued. The licensee submitted the multiple handgun sale report during the inspection as directed. The licensee now understands the requirements / regulation associated with the error, and will ensure that the violation is not repeated in the future.
