Dicks Sporting Goods Inc Dick's Sporting Goods Inc #331 1-62-179-01-9J-03166 redacted 1/30/2017 I concur with the findings of this investigation and the recommendation. This FFL was cited for two violations. In particular was the 27 CFR 478.125(e) violation for failure to properly record required acquisition information. This violation dealt with inaccurate manufactorer/inporter information being entered into the A&D record. These entries are made by the distributing warehouse before the store receives the firearms The store in this case #331 cant make any changes to the record once entered.
