Perform full compliance B1B Investigation. Last Insp: 2/2010. Check spelling of Licensee name. PLS shows 'Greenville''. The town is GreenEville.
Three (3) Violations Cited on ROV . Recommend Warning Letter, No Referrals, No Recall Inspection . Warning letter is recommend due to the fact that it has been eight years since the last inspection and the Licensee has shown improvements from violations cited at that time. The Licensee did have repeat violations this time; however, the number of violations compared to the number of ATF F 4473 โs reviewed and the number of A&D Entries made show that the FFL is not making these mistakes in large numbers. During the closing interview, IOI redacted emphasized the need for accuracy of the paperwork. The ROV and a Warning Letter will be sufficient actions to ensure the future compliance of this licensee.
