Conduct a full scope SWB - DE (Manufacturer) compliance inspection, specifically focused upon obtaining evidence of licensee producing inadequately marked receivers after FTD determined and advised that the marking (as sample was submitted) was insufficient. Coordinate concurrent inspection for licensee's Phoenix location. Evaluate further for any trafficking indicators; assure compliance with current provisions of GCA . ‘NOTE: Retain hardcopies of issued ROV (if any) and/or Ack of Regs for file retention.

Field inspection performed 04/11-04/19/17; a ROV was issued for four recordkeeping violations (two of which are low-volume repeat violations). A Warning Letter was generated and sent to the licensee (via certified post w/ return receipt) on 06/13/17. No further field action required.
