As a result of a compliance inspection performed 07/06-07/07/15, a ROV and second Warning Letter were issued to the licensee for multiple GCA violations. Conduct a full scope recall inspection to assess and verify subsequent compliance and/or repeat violations. Evaluate for possible trafficking indicators while assuring continued compliance with current provisions of the GCA/ NFA .
Field inspection performed on 07/19/16 and 08/12/16; a ROV was issued for five repeat (low volume) recordkeeping violations and a single repeat administrative violation. Due to continued reduction of violation reoccurrence, a Warning Letter was generated and sent to the licensee (via certified post w/ return receipt) on 09/20/16. A Recall Inspection has been staged for continued compliance reassessment and follow-up. No further field action required.
