EZ Pawn Arizona, Inc. d/b/a USA Pawn & Jewelry was cited for nine violations. A Report of Violations was issued for one Administrative, one Conduct of Business/Operations, and seven Records & Reports Violations. Recommend Warning Letter Only and Recall Inspection . Investigator redacted recommends a Warning Letter Only and a Recall Inspection in lieu of a Warning Conference with Warning Letter and Recall Inspection. Alternate Recommendation is recommended due to this being the licensee’s first compliance inspection and given that the errors disclosed the Acquisition & Disposition ( A&D ) Record, on the ATF Forms 4473 , and Multiple Sales Reports were immediately addressed and corrected. The following change and/or correction was submitted to redacted, Legal Instrument Examiner for the Federal Firearms Licensing Center (FFLC) to be made to the FLS Database: Premises Address: Change Avenue to Boulevard.
Concur with IOI 's alternate recommendation . EZ Pawn Arizona, Inc holds multiple FFLs within the State of Arizona. Recent inspections of the EZ Pawn Arizona, Inc stores resulted in violations of the Federal Gun Control Act . Due to recent inspection results, EZ Pawn Arizona, Inc reached out to ATF and requested an Outreach Seminar by ATF to address the recent issues, errors and mistakes that were found during recent ATF inspections. On August 16, 2016, ATF Industry Operation Investigators held an outreach seminar for the managers / employees of the local EZ Pawn Arizona, Inc stores to provide assistance and guidance as it pertains to compliance with Federal Firearms Regulations.
I concur with the IOI and Area Supervisor's alternate recommendation of Warning Letter and Recall inspection .
