Senior IOI redacted conducted a disposition emphasis firearms inspection on the licensee, Flat Top Arms. The inspection period was from 2/16/2015 through 2/16/2016. The first date of the field visit was 2/16/20016 and the last date was 3/3/2016. Three violations were found. A Warning Letter is recommended as a result of the licensee failing to report redacted multiple handgun sales.
SIOI redacted conducted a Disposition Emphasis (DE) Compliance Investigation, on Flat Top Arms, Inc. As a result of the investigation, SIOI redacted's cited the licensee for three violations.
