On November 27, 2015, Mr. Fletcher contacted the Auburn Police Department (case 15-15206) and reported that a burglary occurred. He reported that an individual entered the premises by breaking a window and stole a total of redacted firearms. 478.21(a) failure to furnish complete information as indicated by the headings on the form and the instructions on or pertaining to the form (redacted instances) ATF F 4473s examined, specifically questions 10a, Ethnicity; 11a, “Are you the actual transferee/buyer of the firearm;’, Type of Firearm; 24, T ransferee’s/Buyer’s Signature; 25, Recertification Date and 30a, Total Number of Firearms. 478.124(c)(1) failure to complete or obtain accurate information on redacted instances) ATF F 4473s examined, specifically questions 1, Transferee’s Full Name; 2, Current Residence Address; 3, Place of Birth “Are you an alien illegally in the United States; 13, “What is your state of residence;” 14, “What is your country of Citizenship; and 17, certification date. 478.124(c)(3)(i) failure to record valid identification (ID) or alternate documentation on redacted ATF F 4473s. 478.124(c)(3)(iv) failure to comply with the requirements of the National Instant Criminal Background Check System ( NICS ) on redacted instances) ATF F 4473s examined. 478.124(c)(4) failure to identify the firearm to be transferred ATF F 4473 examined, specifically question 29, Type of firearm. 478.124(c)(5) failure to record Transferor’s/Seller’s Signature or date on redacted ATF F 4473s examined. 478.125(e) failure to record the proper acquisition of a firearm no later than the close of the next business day on occasions and failure to record the disposition of firearms within seven days on redacted occasions. 478.126a failure to complete a Multiple Sale Form (3310.4) when two or more hand guns were purchased at the same time or within five business days onredacted| ATF F 4473s examined.
