On 9/6-9/8/16, IOIs redacted conducted a Firearms Disposition Emphasis Inspection at the premises of Terry Lee Foster, dba , Terry’s Pawn and Variety Shop. The inspection disclosed the following: five violations cited, 627 firearms on hand, 595 ATF Forms 4473 on file/reviewed, and 77 NTN provided by FBI- NICS and compared to ATF Forms 4473. ATF Form 3310.11, Firearms Theft/Loss Report, completed as a result of redacted missing firearms disclosed during this inspection. No further field actions taken. (See Narrative Report)
From September 6-8, 2016 Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) Industry Operations Investigators redacted and William Halusek conducted a compliance inspection on federal firearms licensee ( FFL ) Terry Lee Foster, trade name Terrys Pawn and Variety Shop. Licensee was cited for five (5) violations of the Gun Control Act , including untimely dispositions of firearms with redacted firearms unable to be found. These redacted firearms had to be reported as missing inventory on ATF Form 3310.11. Warning letter recommended due to inability to reconcile redacted missing firearms.
