Compliance. Kansas Priority 3.
The violations disclosed meet the criteria for a WARNING LETTER to be issued, under conditions 6.c.(6) and 6.c.(17) of the current ATF Adverse Action Policy. Criminal history queries conducted on the redacted transferees associated with the violations disclosed none were prohibited from receiving the firearm. No recall inspection is recommended due to the low-volume business of the licensee and his willingness to ensure future compliance.
JUSTIFICATION: Inspection meets the standard for a Warning Letter under the Administrative action Policy (2/8/2013). The licensee was cited for failing to record any identification redacted form - WL at Sec. 6.c.(6); and was cited for failing to initiate a new NICS check after 30 days in redacted instances - WL at Sec 6.c.(17). None of the buyers were prohibited. A recall is not warranted, as the licensee is an extreme low-volume home-dealer. Warning Letter sent 11/29/2016. Pll sent 11/29/2016.
