Violations WL ONLY and Recall Inspection .
Alternate recommendation “Violations WL ONLY and Recall Inspection ” at this time in lieu of “ Viols WC with WL and Recall”. The alternate recommendation is due to the following factors from the inspection: •This was the licensee’s first compliance inspection; •The licensee accounted for 100% of his firearms inventory; and •All of the uncompleted and unreported multiple sales forms (ATF Forms 3310.4 & 3310.12) were a result of the computerized A & D program and of the licensed premises' intermittent internet service (program requires internet). As Mr. Gladwin had never conducted an internal physical inventory or review of his ATF Forms 4473 ; he had no idea of the issues stemmed from his computerized program until visited by Investigator redacted at the onset of this inspection. The licensee now understands that he must immediately implement another computerized program or to maintain manual A & D records. AS redacted concurs.

This section lists the violations found in the inspection, as well as a general description of each offense.
