This licensee was cited for two violations. One repeated violation falling within the category of Warning Conference according to ATF Order 5370.1 B. The licensee failed to obtain ID on redacted Transaction (repeat violation from 2014) and transferred| receivers to out of state residents. This was the first inspection of the FFL since issuance of their license in Tennessee. During the closing conference Mr. David Glenn indicated the missing ID was an oversight and that he was unaware that he could not transfer receivers to out of state residents.
