On November 12, 2015 Industry Operations Investigators ( IOI ) redacted conducted a Federal Firearms License compliance inspection of Green Eagle Consulting, LLC. IOI redacted interviewed the President / CEO of Eagle Creek Armory, LLC, Steve Ralph IV redacted, expiration redacted, date of birth redacted) at the licensed premises located at 5705 Stage Road, Suite 125 in Bartlett, TN. Stated hours of operation for selling firearms are Tuesday-Friday, 9am-4:30pm and Saturday by appointment. The period of inspection was from November 12, 2014 to November 12, 2015. Conclusion of the inspection was on November 18, 2015. FLS should make a spelling correction to Green Eagle Consulting LLC. Consulting is misspelled.
Concur with WL no Recall FFL is an MIP and will be inspected in 5 years. Alternate memo is attached. Case forwarded to DIO for approval.
