Gregory Moates, (Responsible Person-RP) redacted were interviewed at the business premises. The inspection period covered was 01/1/2015-12/31/15. No advanced notification was given prior to beginning this investigation. The inspection was concluded on 05/04/2016. IOI redacted recommends Report of Violations, Warning Letter and No Recall Inspection . IOI redacted makes this recommendation, due to only one instance of redacted and ATF F 4473 . Licensee has demonstrated since the inspection that this procedure Is now a regular course of business.

The two violations in which no background check or ATF F 4473 was completed was in regard to a person picking up redacted concure with the findings of this investigation and the recommendation of warning letter.
