On January 23, 2017, Industry Operations Investigators (IOIs) redacted and redacted arrived at the licensed premises to conduct a full firearms recall compliance inspection of FFL Guardian Productions, LLC, doing business as ( DBA ) Huntertown Arms, holding FFL 4-35-03732. The Owner, Mr. Steve Roddel, was out of town and the Office Manager redacted, contacted him via cell phone. He gave permission for IOIs to initiate the inspection. IOIs were on-site January 23-25. IOI redacted returned to the premises on February 2, 10, 23 and March 10 to assist with the voluminous firearm reconciliation list. The ction period was January 23, 2016 through January 23, 2017. IOI redacted held a closing conference at the licensed premises on April 26, 2017 at which time an ATF E-Form 5030.5, Report of Violations, was presented and discussed with the Licensee. IOI redacted reviewed the Acknowledgement of Regulations with Mr. Roddel as well. No Referrals were generated. IOredacted recommends ROV and WL only and no further action.
