Regarding the specific cited violation (a repeat), the licensee was cited for thirty three (33) instances. This inspection, the licensee had twelve (12) instances (this includes the four (4) missing firearms. The office manager, redacted, (her husband, David, is the owner of and RP on the FFL ) in all cases, would almost immediately react by researching and making the appropriate corrections necessary. In addition, the licensee’s business has grown since the last inspection as well as evidenced by the number of firearms in inventory. In 2014, there were 378 firearms in the inventory and in 2017, there were 639; this represents a 26 percent increase. During the last 12 months, the licensee transferred/sold approximately redactedrearms compared with approximately redacted firearms transferred/sold during the 2014 inspection, last 12 months. (This represents a redacted percent increase in sales/transfers.) Although, not perfect, with zero missing firearms, the licensee holds the responsibility of inventory accountability very seriously. The IOIs and the licensee discussed the A and D record and the physical inventory at length. The licensee stated that they will continue to monitor the A and D record and strive for no exceptions in discrepancies and missing firearms.
