Conduct DE Inspection
On June 2, 2016, ATF lnvestigator redacted initiated a firearms compliance inspection on Lisa and James Harris dba Livingston Pawn Shop (LPS). The inspection covered the period of June 2, 2015 through June 1, 2016; however, all A&D Records were reviewed from the beginning of the business (2004). Two violations were disclosed during this inspection. A closing conference was conducted on June 2, 2016. It is recommended that the licensee receive a Warning Letter only without a recall inspection .
