Conduct Typ 07 manufacturer Inspection.
Type 07 compliance Investigation disclosed two cited violations. FFL had a repeat violation for failure to record disposition of redacted firearms. A violation of 27 CFR 478.123(b) was cited for failure to record disposition of firearms to other FFLs and a violation of 27 CFR 478.123(d) was cited for failure to record disposition of redacted firearm to a non-licensee. All entries were reconciled and annotated; no firearms were missing at culmination of investigation. FFL had acquired redacted guns, disposed of redacted and had 46 Forms 4473 during the Inspection period. redacted There were 124 guns in stock and 130 open entries at beginning of Inspection. Concur with IOI 's recommendation of Warning Letter to address the repeat violation and no recall necessary at this time. A Warning Letter is being sent CM-RRR on 3/10/17.
