While the Federal Firearms Administrative Action Policy and Procedures warrants a Warning Conference for Mr. Heath, IOI redacted is recommending a Warning Letter in lieu of a Warning Conference. The determination for the Warning Conference was concluded due to a failure to timely/and or correctly record the required acquisition entries for redacted of the licensee's total acquisitions, redacted, during the inspection period. Since this is Mr. Heath's first compliance inspection since the issuance of the license, IOI redacted believes that with the proper guidance and instruction he provided during the inspection and at the closing conference, Mr. Heath should not have the same Acquisition and Disposition ( A&D ) violations in the future. Also, due to Mr. Heath’s low business volume during the inspection period, the statistical data reflects a high incidence rate of failing to timely and/or correctly record acquisition and disposition entries which should be taken into consideration and review.
Concur with the assigned lOI's alternate recommendation for a warning letter in lieu of a warning conference.
