Senior Industry Operations Investigator (SIOI) redacted conducted a compliance inspection at Helotes Tactical Firearms, LLC from June 27 thru 30, 2017. There was no advance notification provided. It shall be noted SIOI redacted assisted SIOl redacted with reviewing the ATF Forms 4473 on June 29 and June 30, 2017. Mr. Jack Quipp, Managing Member was interviewed during the inspection. The closing conference was held on July 12, 2017, and four violations were cited. A warning letter with no recall inspection is being recommended.
