Alternate recommendation of Violations, Warning Letter ONLY and No Recall in lieu of Violations, Warning Conference with Warning Letter and Recall Alternate recommendation is submitted as only one of the cited 8 violations warrants a Warning Conference. The violation in question violation #1, was issued for the transfer of receivers to out-of-state residents in redacted instances; something which only occurred because Mr. Adams was instructing an AR-15 'build-your-own class. Mr. Adams assumed the transfers to each of the redacted individuals was legal as they were all working in North Carolina and residing in rented housing. Additionally, the attentiveness and helpfulness Mr. Adams supplied IOI redacted during the inspection gives hope that he has a concise, clear understanding of the findings/violations disclosed.
Alternate recommendation ILO Warning Conference
DIO concurs with the alternate recommendation for a warning letter and no recall
