A full field compliance inspection was conducted on October 24, 26, & 28, 2016 by IO Investigato redacted at the licensed premise of Patrick Hockings; d/b/a Mean Metal Guns. A return visit was made to the licensed premises on November 7, 2016. Individual Owner Pat Gockings was interviewed during the course of the inspection. The inspection covered the period of October 24, 2015, through October 24, 2016. Three violations resulted from the inspection. A Warning Letter and No Recall Inspection are recommended.
