Four violations were disclosed during this inspection. It is recommended that the licensee receive a Warning Letter only and a recall inspection in one year. An Application for an Amended Federal Firearms License (see Exhibit 1), was submitted in 2014, changing the store address and trade name. This change was approved by the former Area Office Supervisor, redacted. The changes were approved without an inspection being conducted. The FLS does not reflect the change in trade name which is Waynes Custom Automotive, Towing & Recovery. FLS needs to be updated accordingly, and a corrected license needs to be issued. Additionally, the home phone number for Bobby Wayne Huckeby needs to be updated to redacted.
This is the licensee's first inspection since being licensed in 2009. The licensee is a low volume dealer. The licensee failed to record the full address or FFL number in acquisition information in the A&D record, which has since been corrected. The licensee has been thoroughly educated. A warning letter with no recall is recommended in lieu of a warning conference.
