On 5/3/2017, Industry Operations investigator redacted met with Mr. Jeremy Igert, Owner/ Responsible Person at the licensed premises, 916 Spiracle Avenue, Henderson, NV 89002. Investigator redacted conducted the unannounced disposition emphasis compliance inspection 5/3/2017 and 5/5/2017 at the licensed business premises.
